What is The Best Android Word Processor?

If price is not an issue, and if Android users were to be polled, Quickoffice Connect and Quickoffice Connect HD (for tablets) would probably win the battle for perceived best Android word processor.

Unlike the iPad world, where Apple has released its iWork Pages App to go with the tablet, there is no pusdo-official app for Android. This has created a vacuum that appears to have been filled by Quickoffice.

The mobile app receives a user rating of 4 at the Android market and the tablet app is rated a bit lower at 3.3.

Quickoffice is known for its aggressive use of social media to communicate with its customers.

The mobile app costs $14.99 while the tablet app runs $19.99. A 7 day trial of the mobile app is available through the Android market.

Also, it is worth noting that an attempt has been made to rank the Android word processor apps reviewed on this site. The apps are arranged by rank on the right side column. Starting with the first app, currently Quickoffice, and proceeding through the rest of the list the apps are ranked in order. So, if the Quickoffice price tag is too high you should check out the second place OfficeSuite app etc.
